How do I place a book order?
Call your book sales consultant to place a book order. If you are not sure who your consultant is, please call us toll-free at 952-955-6596. You will be directed to the appropriate contact.
Do I recieve a discount when I order copies of my book?
Yes, if you are interested in purchasing multiple copies of your book to send to the media for publicity or for special sales purposes, NXTGen offers the following volume discounts to authors:

How can I receive a discount on volume book orders of my title?
Micro Information is pleased to provide our authors with the ability to purchase volume book orders at a special price. Through the NXTGen volume book specialist, you’ll gain access to a program that offers the ability to purchase titles in larger quantities for promotions, events and sales. How can I check the status of my book purchase order?
After your order has been printed, assembled, and boxed, you may request a tracking number by calling or e-mailing our book sales customer service department at 952-955-6596 Please reference your order number when you call or e-mail.
How will I know if you have received my order?
Once we have received your order, we will either e-mail, fax or call you and provide an order confirmation with your Sales Order Number on it. If you do not receive a confirmation message from us, then for some reason we did not receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Book Sales Department.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact our Book Sales Department to inquire about the shipping status.
Can I cancel my book order?
Since an order is transmitted directly to the fulfillment center the minute you place it, your Print-on-Demand book order cannot be cancelled.
My order arrived, but it isn't the book/quantity I specified, what do I do?
Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Any problems should immediately be reported to our Book Sales Department. Have your order number handy. If your boxes are being sent to an author event venue, make arrangements with the event coordinator to check your order so there aren't any surprises on the day of the event.
What are your returns and claims policies?
Print-on-Demand orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of poor print quality or an error in quantity. Please report quality or quantity issues to the Book Sales Department immediately upon receipt of the order. All claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment receipt.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment using  Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover charge cards. In order to avoid the long delays which often occur when waiting for personal checks to clear the bank, we accept only certified checks and money orders. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) at the bottom.
How do I get a refund for a book I've ordered?
Micro Information books orders are non-refundable, except in the event of poor print quality. Please report quality or quantity issues to our Book Sales Department within three business days after receiving your order.
